OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Note: to use the oven it is necessary to fill the water
tray with water. If this is not done, the oven will
not work and it will beep. The program cannot be
started. When the water logo " " appears in the
display, it means that the water tray must be filled.
The program cannot be started without filling.
FIRST ENERGIZATION
The machine enters the full-screen standby
interface after a "beep" sound when it is energized
firstly by touching power ON
During the setting process, if there is no operation
after three minutes all settings will be cancelled
and the machine will return to the standby interface
for a standby status.

MENU SELECTION

In the standby status, press the selection key (15
& 17) ">" "<" to enter the menu selection mode.
Default menu "
keys (15 & 17) ">" "<" to move left or right to select
the menu mode.
Ferment / rising dough
(steam function, default temperature 40 °C,
adjustable from 30-50°C, time adjustable from 0-7
hours).
Preheat
(temperature is not adjustable). It is set as 180 °C.
When the temperature reaches 180 °C, the work is
over, he display shows "END" and the buzzer will
beep for 10 times to prompt that the heating work is
completed and you can continue the baking process.
Making Yoghurt
