Before Use
Carefully remove your new appliance from its packaging.
You may wish to store the packaging for future use.Otherwise dispose the packaging according
to the local rules on recycling.
Please read this instruction manual carefully and familiarize yourself with your new appliance

ELECTRICAL SAFETY

Caution: For your own safety read the following instructions carefully before attempting to connect
this unit to the mains. Before switching on make sure that the voltage of your electricity supply is
the same as that indicated on the rating plate.
This unit is designed to operate on AC 230V 50Hz current only. Connecting it to other power
sources may damage the unit. Do not allow this unit to be exposed to rain or moisture.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Before using this appliance, read the user instructions carefully
Keep these instructions, warranty card, purchase receipt and, if possible, the box,
together with inner packaging
This appliance is only for domestic use, and not for commercial use.
Always disconnect your unit from the mains when not in use, when inserting and
removing whisks/beater, when cleaning, and in the event of malfunction.
Remove plug from mains socket (not by pulling on the cable) before any operation.
Never leave the unit running unattended, to protect children from dangers connected with
electrical appliances.
Select a working position for your appliance where it is out of reach of children.
Inspect the power cable and appliance regularly. If any defect is found, do not operate.
Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself, but take it to an authorised repairer.
Defective power cable may only be replaced with an equivalent unit by qualified personnel,
as replacement requires special tools.
Keep appliance and cable away from direct radiant heat from the sun, from damp, from
sharp edges and other dangers
• Never use your appliance without paying attention! Always unplug the unit when not in use,
even for a moment.

The appliance must never be put in water or other liquids, or come into contact with them.
Do not use with wet or damp hands
If the appliance should become wet or damp, remove plug from mains socket
immediately. Do not put your hands in the water!
Use this appliance only for its intended purpose
Never touch the beaters, dough hooks. When the appliance is operating, don't allow long
hair, scarves etc. to hang down over the accessories when they are in operation.
Specific safety instructions for this appliance
Never touch the rotating tools while still in motion; always wait for them to stop
To avoid splashes, always put the whisks or beater right into the material to be beaten
before running
Never use this appliance to mix or stir anything other than foods.

HOW TO USE
Before using your appliance for the first time, clean the various accessories of your
appliance carefully.

MANUAL USE

1.
Insert the beaters or dough hooks until they are locked into place. Always insert the
accessory equipped with a toothed crown into the opening indicated on the appliance
by a crown which is similarly toothed. (Fig.1)
