Insert the connector in the proper place and connect the cables
CAUTION: the electrical supplying cable must exit on the right side of the
actuator. Electrical connections must be made of a 1mm_ cable, and in case
of 24V equipments do not pass over the distance of 8 mt., between the
actuator and the control unit.
Check that when the window's frame is closed, the chain terminal is far from
the actuator 10 to 15 mm.
In this way, when the window is closed a correct
squeezing of the gaskets is obtained.
Because of the end stroke when closing up is automatic, if the chain
terminal is inside the actuator shell, it may happen that the window frame
does not completely close up and the mechanism can be damaged.
To disengage the chain, open the window a few centimetres and press on
the release as shown in the picture.
SETTING OF THE STROKE
Choose the opening stroke (240 or 360 mm) by
selecting it on the little switch, situated sidewise the
actuator. When the equipment was manufactured its
stroke was of 240 mm.
It is suggested to do not use the 360 mm stroke for
windows of which the max height is lower than 700
mm.
