Charging
• Ensure handpiece is completely dry before placing in charger.
Charger ready: Steady green light (without handpiece in base)
Charging in progress: Steady red light. Handpiece
will display an alternating dash "-" pattern
Charging complete: Steady green light (while
handpiece in base)
Note: Completely charge battery at least every 2 months to
maintain optimum battery life and performance. If battery needs
to be replaced, contact Brasseler USA.
CLEANING AND STERILIZATION
• Sterilize light guide before fi rst use.
• Sterilize light guide after each patient use.
• Keep in sterilization pouch until ready to use.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment during the cleaning and sterilization
process. This should include eye protection and gloves.
• Do not run or submerge handpiece in water.
• Do not sterilize handpiece body.
1. Wipe handpiece surface with a soft cloth soaked in warm water or a mild detergent mixture.
2. Remove light guide, place in sterilization pouch and seal. Bag light guides separately.
3. Dry handpiece completely before returning it to the charger.
