WARNING
Use caution when using XL-Cart™ to
transport load so as to avoid tipping or
loss of balance.
WARNING
When using the XL-Cart to transport
tools, L-BOXXes, or any other objects, be
aware of your own physical abilities. Do not exceed your
own strength, balance, or range of motion. Start with lower
weights and work up.
• Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 300 lbs (136
kg) on flat surface and 75 lbs (34kg) on stairs, ramps, or sim-
ilar surfaces.
• Only load/unload the XL-Cart™ when footplate 6 is resting
on the floor (Figure D1).
• Load must not hinder a secure grip around the handle 1 with
both hands.
• Secure load with strap 4 before use.
• Do not use on unstable or uneven surfaces.
• Use caution when using XL-Cart™ on sloped surfaces,
ramps, or stairs.
• Make sure the load is evenly distributed on the cart.
• Use the L-Boxx fixing rails 7 on the footplate 6 to transport
L-Boxxes. The fixing rails 7 give L-Boxxes stability and help
prevent them from slipping.
• Take caution to avoid bodily strain or any injury when trans-
porting loads.
OPERATING INSTRUCTION
Open and Close XL-Cart
To open XL-Cart: Unlock folding footplate 6 from its secured
position and pivot until footplate 6 is in horizontal position and
wheels 5 are expanded (Figures B1-B3).
To close XL-Cart: Unfold and lift footplate 6 from flat locked
position until it is flush against the XL-Cart™ and the wheels
5 are fully contracted against the back of the XL-Cart™
(Figures E3-E5).
Extend and Retract Handle
To extend handle 1: Push release button 3 and pull handle 1
upward until an audible click is heard, indicating handle 1 is
locked in the extended position (Figures B3-B5).
To retract handle 1: Push release button 3 and push down on
the top of the handle 1 until an audible click is heard, indicat-
ing the handle 1 is locked into place (Figures E1-E3).

• For extra maneuvering control, open auxiliary handles 2
(Figure C).
XL-Cart™ Transport Usage
1. Open XL-Cart.
2. Make sure footplate 6 is resting on flat level surface that is
capable of supporting the weight.
3. Load L-Boxx or load to the footplate 6.
Note: Use the L-Boxx fixing rails 7 on the footplate 6 to
transport L-Boxxes.
The fixing rails 7 give L-Boxxes stability and help prevent
them from slipping.
Make sure the load is evenly distributed on the cart.

4. Loop tension strap 4 around L-Boxx or other loads (figure
D2).
Press buckle release lever 8, insert belt through tension
strap buckle and pull belt until tension strap 4 is tight.
Ensure L-BOXXes™ or any other loads are firmly secured
with tension strap 4 before operating the XL-Cart.
5. Extend XL-Cart handle 1.
6. Grip XL-Cart handle 1 with both hands to transport load.
MAINTENANCE
• Regularly check to ensure XL-Cart™ is in proper operating
condition.
• Do not use the XL-Cart™ if damaged.
• Regularly oil the moving metal/aluminum parts.
• Do not store the XL-Cart™ in a damp environment.
• Clean the XL-Cart™ with a damp cloth when needed.
