3.1.
Selecting a piste
IMPORTANT: this operation should be carried out only if more than one WF1 apparatus is to
be used in the same room.
To modify the piste number proceed as follows:
of the RECEIVER light up it is an indication that the programming has been effectuated. See Fig. 3.
(3) For the TRANSMITTER associated with the colour green, execute the same procedure described in
point (2), using the SET GREEN button.

NOTE:
The features of the various weapons are described in detail in chapters 4 and 5. If the weapon
programmed in the RECEIVER is different from that memorized in a TRANSMITTER, a flashing X will
appear on the RECEIVER when the first hit occurs.

Only if more than one WF1 is used in the same room is it necessary to
establish a different piste number for each apparatus in order to avoid radio
interference. The piste number in use can be displayed by pressing the
PISTE button: one of the red LEDs from 01 to 12 will light up for 3 seconds
depending on the piste selected (see Fig. 2).
NOTE:
As factory default setting, the RECEIVER and the TRANSMITTERs are
programmed on piste 01.
If the piste memorized in the TRANSMITTER is not the same as the one

programmed in the RECEIVER, the latter will not receive or display hits.

(1) Programme the desired weapon by pressing the WEAPON button more
than once, until the green LED of the desired weapon lights up. See Fig. 4.
There are 5 operation modes to choose from:
- "Epee"
- "Foil"
- "Epee training": to signal a rapid succession of hits on the epee
- "Epee plastic": for plastic epees with electrical connection
- "Foil plastic": for plastic foils with electrical connection
(2) Press the P1 button on each TRANSMITTER in order to update the
selected weapon via the RECEIVER: if all the LEDs on the RECEIVER light
up, the programming has occurred correctly.
(1) On the RECEIVER press the PISTE
button for circa 2 seconds until the red
LED indicative of the piste number begins
to flash. Then press the PISTE button
more than once to select the desired
piste. See Fig. 2.
(2) For the TRANSMITTER associated
with the colour red, simultaneously press
the P1 button on the TRANSMITTER and
the SET RED button on the RECEIVER
for at least 2 seconds. When all red LEDs
