Vacuum Sealer Use instructions
OPERATION
Before connecting the plug of the vacuum machine to the power outlet verify the correct voltage.
Place the vacuum machine on a stable and smooth surface.

Lift the Packing arm, unlock the cutter device on the back of the vacuum sealer and let the sheet of
plastig pass through the cutter device.
Cut the plastic sheet at the desired lenght.
You now have to seal one edge of the plastic sheet obtained: to do so, place the sheet in the machi-
ne under the packer arm, then close it and press the Seal Only button.
Once you have obtained a plastic bag in this way, you can place the food inside it.
Close the lid by pressing lightly to lock than press the desired function.
Press the button Vacuum and seal to suck the air (and create the vacuum) and seal the bag. When
the vacuum machine sucks air, the indicator light for suction light up, when finish while the machine
vacuum seals the bag, the indicator light to seal light up.
Press the function Seal Only to seal the bag without making the vacuum. The indicator light for seal
light up.
Press the delete function to end the selected function and modify it (that is: choose another function).
At the end of the suction and sealing process, the lights turn off.
Press the two locking keys to release the bag.
! WARNING!
The sealing tape, contains a thermal conduction Teflon cable that allows to seal the bag and
prevents it from sticking to the vacuum machine, it becomes hot. Be very careful not to burn.
OPEN THE SEALED BAG
To open the sealed and / or vacuumed bag use a scissors and cut the bag along the seal area.
RE-SEALED A BAG
It is possible re-seal the food in the same bag, once opened. Follow the instructions in the "Opera-
tion".
Use bags (or rolls) as supplied, are specific to the vacuum.
SOME ADVICE
Do not put too much food in the bag. Leave enough space so that you can place one end of the bag
in the vacuum.
Do not wet the bag end.
Clean the ends of the bag to be sealed with hands. Make sure there is no object to obstruct the seal
itself.
Do not seal materials with sharp edges. Do not vacuum tins or boxes.
To seal solid foods (such as: meat), suck and seal the bag and store in freezer for at least 24 hours.
To seal a non-solid foods (such as: soups, stews), you must first freeze them in a container, then
vacuum and seal the bag and store in freezer.
The vegetables can be first pre-cooked, perhaps boiled in water, and then be sealed.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF MACHINE VACUUM
Always disconnect the plug from the socket before performing any maintenance or cleaning.
Do not immerse in water or other liquids.
Do not use detergents or abrasives to clean the vacuum machine.
Clean the outside of the vacuum machine with a soft, damp cloth.
To clean the inside of the vacuum machine is preferable to use a dry cloth.
Dry thoroughly before using any part of the vacuum machine.
The gasket is removable and can be cleaned with soap and water. Make sure the gasket is com-
pletely dry before placing it again. Be careful not to damage it and insert it into the correct position
(inside the vacuum machine).
