Headphones:
Connect headphones to the A/V jack at the top of the device.
Game volume:
Adjust the volume of the game using the control found on the lower right hand
side of the gamepad.

Solution
Verify that the gamepad is turned on and that fresh bat-
teries are securely inserted. Ensure that the television is
powered on and set to the correct A/V input.
Check the volume at the lower right hand side of the
gamepad and ensure that it is not off or low. Check if
your A/V cable or headphone cables are loose.
Press the reset button and/or power the gamepad off
and back on. Replace the batteries if needed.
