1. Raise the whole system and lock the core drill on the support stand in
up position.
2. Remove the core bit.
3. Loosen the attachment plate and remove the core drill and the plate
from the support stand.
Loosen the butterfly nut (F) on the base (see section 2.B- Securing the

base using the peg. Hold the support stand tightly when performing this
operation.
5. Remove the support stand and loosen the quick tightening screw (D)
(see section 2.B).

Keep the support stand clean, especially the gearing and the 4 sliding parts.
The assembly must be lubricated regularly to ensure it operates correctly.
The parts must move smoothly to provide a high level of performance.

Check the support stand after every 10 drilling operations: if there is any
difficulty in moving the column, of if there is too much vibration, readjust the
guidance as shown.

V – Care and maintenance
1. Use and SW 17 Allen key to loosen the hexagonal
head screw.
2.
Adjust the two socket head screws with an SW 8
screwdriver.
3. Tighten the screws again and check whether the
head can be moved without effort.
