Auxiliary Display
INTRODUCTION
This Auxiliary Display Kit is for use with OHAUS Scout STX, SPX, SKX and SJX
series products.

 Auxiliary Display (PAD7)
 Mounting Brackets (2)
 Instruction Manual
RS232 Interface

 Power Pack (1) and Plugs (4)
INSTALLATION
1. Set up the Auxiliary Display (PAD7), Power adaptor and RS232 Interface
per below.
2. Power on the Auxiliary Display (PAD7).
Install the proper plug
Note: Please use the supplied power adaptor in this kit.
3. Connect the RS232 Interface to the balance.
Install the Interface module on the mini DIN port (round connector)
located at the rear side of the balance as shown.
Notes:
o Please make sure the small triangle mark (▲) on the round connector
is at the bottom and then plug in.
