OPERATION
intended Use:
This random orbital sander is
designed for smoothing and
sanding paint, fiberglass, wood, and
body filler.
Assembly: Tightly mount the pad
to the tool using the manufacturer
supplied spanner wrench. Center
abrasive paper on pad and press
firmly to ensure proper adhesion.
Use only a sanding pad and
sandpaper with this tool.
Do not use any grinding wheel, burr
or metal removing accesories with
this tool. NEVER use an accessory
having a maximum operation speed
less than the free speed of the
sander in which it is being used.
When using a pad on a threaded
arbor, make certain the flange

WarrantY PoliCY:

defective in material or workmanship. Repairs or replacements are warranted as described above for the duration of the

to your local NAPA Auto Parts Store for a replacement. This warranty does not apply to products which have been subjected
to abuse, misuse, modification, neglect, lack of maintenance, use in a production-related service, or repaired by anyone
other than an Authorized Master NAPA Professional Air Tool Service Center.

supplied). Check the tightness of
the flange nut before operating
to make certain it will not loosen
during operation.
After mounting sandpaper, start
the sander under a bench in order
to make sure sandpaper is firmly
attached.
Always turn off the air supply, drain
hose of air pressure and detach tool
from air supply before installing,
removing or adjusting any part or
accessory on this tool, or before
performing any maintenance on this
tool.
NOTE: During operation, safety
goggles should be worn to guard
against flying rust and chips (users
and bystanders)
