BAKING

The BAKE function is ideal for baking cakes and breads or anything that is not very firm
in the raw state.
OPERATION
1. Use the Function Knob to select BAKE.
2. Preheat the oven as per your recipe.
3. After preheating, use the TEMP°F knob to change the temperature to desired baking
temperature
4. Place food on the wire rack.
5. Turn timer control to the desired baking time.
6. Bell will ring to signal the end of the baking cycle.

CONVECTION

This function is ideal for Baking chicken legs, chicken wings, potato slices, poultry,
chops, fish and so on with more even heating. When using the Convection function, you
may be able to use a temperature of about 25 °F less than that in the recipe.
OPERATION
1. Use the Function Knob to select CONVECTION.
2. Preheat the oven as per your recipe.
3. After preheating, use the TEMP°F knob to change the temperature to desired baking
temperature
4. Place food on the wire rack.
5. Turn timer control to the desired baking time.
6. Bell will ring to signal the end of the convection cycle.

BROILING

The Broil function uses the top heating element.
OPERATION
1. Turn function control to BROIL.
2. Place the wire rack on the middle or upper unit support guide.
3. Brush food with sauces or oil, as desired.
4. Place food on the bake tray.
5. Place the tray on the wire rack.
6. Food should be placed as close as possible to the top heating element without
touching it.
7. Turn timer control to the desired broiling time.
8. Turn food over midway through cooking time.
9. Bell will ring to signal the end of the broiling cycle.
Note For best results, please defrost meat before broiling.
