Operating
Once activated, the infrared radiator starts to heat and dry the walls. This may take a few days,
depending on the construction material or sometimes up to 3 to 4 weeks (for example, in moist
sandstone), depending on the situation. Thus, firstly because of the evaporation of the wall humidity
an evaporation cold occurs. Once the walls are completely warm and dry, the temperature will rise
and the climate of the space will become more convenient.
Maintenance and cleaning

This device requires no maintenance.
•
Before each cleaning, remove the plug from the socket or switch off the electrical circuit by closing
the safety switch.
•
Before cleaning the healing element, be sure to cool it down.
•
Never clean the Alkari infrared radiators under running water or by submerging into water.
•
Do not forget that the heater elements will never be cleaned with a wet cloth or by spraying water.
Wipe the healing elements with either a dry dust cloth or a slightly moistened cloth only.
•
Do not use scouring pads, any other type of sharp or aggressive detergents or rough surface
cleaning cloths.
•
The heating element must be completely dry before re‐starting.

Warranty commitment, validity area, warranty period, non‐restriction of legal rights
1. As Alkari the manufacturer of IR radiators, we hereby undertake that no functional error will occur
with the electronic parts and cables used within two years following the conclusion of the sales
contract of the infrared radiator (here ln after referred to as ' the product") delivered to the
customer in Europe (here ln after referred to as "the customer") within the framework of the
following provisions.
2. In case the warranty status is documented during the warranty period, Alkari will repair or replace
the product free of charge.
3. In the event of providing warranty service, the original warranty period shall remain valid. Namely;
the actual warranty period cannot be extended and resumed due to the use of the warranty rights.
4. In addition to the guarantee, the customer may renege on a contract, claim compensation,
indemnity, re‐ dress, expense compensation and financial compensation by virtue of statutory
rights. These legal rights recognized do not diminish and are not limited by the guarantee that we
have given. This Is Independent of whether or not the warranty process is incurred or whether you
are benefiting from the warranty or not.
