b) Before Using for the First Time
Before using for the first time remove all the plastic sachets, cardboard and paper which
protect the various parts of the machine.
Clean the machine and the pans with a slightly damp cloth. Then dry them carefully. This
makes it possible to remove possible residues from manufacture.
When using for the first time a small amount of smoke make be given off by the
machine. It is completely inoffensive and will disappear after using several times.
Advice: To avoid this happening allow the machine to pre-heat for 10 minutes before using it to
cook the food and consider airing the room.
