The CT secondary must be earthed/grounded.
1.4 CONNECTIONS CONTROL
At the first power up, the RPA displays view --- which means no parameter has been pro-
grammed yet.
In these conditions, a manual test of the steps can be conducted to check the connec-
tions.
By pressing the + or - key, the steps are connected or disconnected.
WARNING! During this phase, the step control is totally manual and the unit does not
control the reconnection time to consent the capacitor discharge.
1.5 PARAMETER SET-UP
There are a number of ways to set up the parameters and commission the controller to
operate properly, as follows:

Place the unit in manual mode and press the MODE key for 5 consecutive seconds.

The wording SEt appears on the display to confirm access to the basic menu parame-

ters.
Press the MANU/AUTO key to enter the subsequent parameter.

Press the MODE key to return to the previous parameter.

The identification code of the parameter is shown on the upper display while the pre-
−
sent setting is shown on the lower display.
Press the + and - keys to modify the setting of the parameter selected.

For high values, the k and M LEDs are used combined with the lower display to indica-
−
te x1000 o x 1 million respectively.
The setup exit is automatic once the last parameter is exceeded or by keeping pres-
−
sed MANU/AUTO for 2 seconds.
