Ne pas utiliser sur des patients présentant une allergie connue au bis-GM , au peroxyde de ben-
zoyle ou à d'autres composants.
1) Isoler la dent avec une digue en caoutchouc ou des rouleaux de coton.
2) Retirer l'intégralité de la carie dentaire et des matériaux de restauration existants, y compris
les ciments ou résines de scellement à l'eugénol.
3) Utiliser un système adhésif avec agent liant pour la dentine qui est compatible avec les
composites à photoactivation. Suivre le mode d'emploi spécifique du fabricant.
4) Retirer le capuchon (ou gaine) et insérer l'embout SUPERCURE
C-R
®
Centrix. Tester l'embout en laissant s'écouler une petite quantité du matériau sur un tampon.
5) Injecter une couche de 2 mm de matériau dans la préparation, sur la surface revêtue de
l'adhésif. Photoactiver pendant 20 secondes à la lumière halogène, DEL ou P C.
6) Placer une deuxième couche au dessus de la précédente, sans dépasser une épaisseur de
6 à 8 mm. Photoactiver pendant 40 secondes.
7) Couper et préparer le faux-moignon en utilisant des diamants ou fraises refroidis à l'eau.
8) Retirer l'embout SUPERCURE
®
usagé de la seringue et mettre au rebut de façon adéquate.
Stériliser ou désinfecter le pistolet de la seringue après utilisation.

Non usare su pazienti con note allergie al Bis-GM o al dimetacrilato di uretano.
1) Isolare il dente con una diga di gomma o con rullini di cotone.
2) Rimuovere tutta la carie e i materiali di restauro esistenti, compresi i cementi in eugenolo
o i sigillanti.
3) Collocare un sistema di agente adesivo per dentina compatibile con i compositi fotoattivati.
Seguire le istruzioni per l'uso specifiche del fabbricante.
4) Rimuovere il cappuccio (o guaina) e inserire la punta SUPERCURE
C-R
®
. Verificare il flusso erogando una piccola quantità di materiale su un foglio per miscelazione.
5) Iniettare uno strato di materiale di 2 mm nella preparazione, sopra la superficie ricoperta
dall'agente adesivo. Fotoattivare per 20 secondi utilizzando una qualsiasi fonte di luce

6) Mettere un secondo strato sopra al primo, non eccedente lo spessore di 6-8 mm. Fotoattivare
per 40 secondi.
7) Tagliare e preparare il perno-moncone, usando frese diamantate o normali raffreddate ad acqua.
8) Togliere dalla siringa la punta SUPERCURE
vigenti. Sterilizzare o disinfettare la siringa di erogazione dopo l'uso.

Nicht bei Patienten verwenden, von denen bekannt ist, dass sie unter llergien gegen Bis-
GM , Benzoylperoxid bzw. andere Bestandteile leiden.
1) Den Zahn mit einem Gummidamm oder Watteröllchen isolieren.
2) llen Zahnverfall und bestehende Restaurationsmaterialien wie u.a. Eugenolzement oder
Dichtmittel entfernen.
3) Ein Klebe-Bonding-Substanzsystem für Dentin platzieren, das mit lichtaktivierten Komposits
kompatibel ist. Die spezifischen Gebrauchsanweisungen des Herstellers beachten.
4) Deckel (oder Hülle) abnehmen und die SUPERCURE
®
Spitze in eine Centrix C-R
einsetzen. Einen Durchflusstest durchführen, indem eine kleine Materialmenge auf eine
Unterlage gepresst wird.
5) Eine 2 mm dicke Materialschicht in die Prepstelle, über die Oberfläche, die mit der
Bondingsubstanz bedeckt ist, injizieren. 20 Sekunden lang mit einer Halogen-, LED- oder P C-
Lichtquelle licht-aktivieren.
6) Eine zweite Schichte darübergeben, mit einer maximalen Dicke von 6 bis 8 mm. 40
Sekunden lang licht-aktivieren.
7) Den Kern mit wasser-gekühlten Diamanten oder zahnärztlichem Fräser zuschneiden und prä-
parieren.
8) Die verbrauchte SUPERCURE
®
Spitze von der Spritze entfernen und richtig entsorgen. Die
Spritzpistole nach der Verwendung sterilisieren oder desinfizieren.
