Control Tests
Performing a Control Test
You need the meter with pre‑inserted activation chip*, a test strip, and control solution Level 1, Level 2,
or both. The control level is printed on the bottle label.
* The black activation chip is not for use with Accu‑Chek Inform II test strips. If you are using Accu‑Chek
Inform II test strips, remove the black activation chip and discard it. See the Accu‑Chek Inform II test
strip package insert for instructions on coding the meter.
