Turn off the device. Hold down the FEED key for several seconds. Simultaneously press POWER shortly. The red and green lamp light up. Press FEED again, the RTP 300 will then print a test receipt. The red light will flash if the paper roll is empty, if it has been placed incorrectly or the top cover is not closed. -
