RECIPES
Fresh Pineapple Juice
Ingredients
Approximately half a pineapple,
chopped into chunks
Method
Place the pineapple chunks into a mug
and blend until smooth.
Salad Dressing
Ingredients
10g French Dijon mustard
5g white wine vinegar
30ml-45ml olive oil
(or half olive oil and half sunflower oil)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
Place the mustard and white wine vinegar into the small
blender cup and blend for approximately 10 seconds.
Add the olive oil, salt and pepper and blend until smooth.
Cold Tomato Soup
Ingredients
225g sweet cherry tomatoes
24g soured cream
1 garlic clove
100ml cold water
Herbs, to season (e.g. basil or parsley)
Tabasco or any other chilli sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
Fill the large blender cup with the cherry tomatoes,
add the cold water and blend until smooth. Add the garlic,
herbs and soured cream and blend for another 10 seconds.
Season with salt and pepper and Tabasco sauce if desired.
Pour into a bowl and serve.
