Recommendations for the installation.
The groundings are essential for every installed electric component, if possible connect
l
them directly to the battery's negative or to the body on oxide free points, ensuring a good
contact.
Take the positive under direct contact of the ignition key, as a general rule we recommend
l
not to take it from the coil's positive.
We recommend making good connections, welding the cables and isolating with heat
l
shrinking tube, if possible.
Keep the timing advance processor's cables and the module away from the high voltage
l
cables (coil, plugs and distributor)
Always mount the timing advance processor vertically, with the cables going down, in order
l
to avoid water entering. ·Secure it in a position away from intense heat sources (radiator,
exhaust manifold, etc.).
