Regular maintenance and cleaning is
necessary to ensure high output and a long
service life.
Recommended cleaning and maintenance
intervals may vary depending on air and water
quality and length of operation. This also
applies to the replacement of filters designated
as consumables.
Cleaning the housing
The use of a small amount of dish detergent
and a soft cloth is recommended for exterior
cleaning.
Always unplug the unit from the
power outlet before cleaning. Failure
to do so causes risk of fatal injury
from electric shock!

Cleaning the water tray (10)
In order to ensure the appliance stays clean,
the water tray must be cleaned weekly. This
is the only way to effectively prevent the
build-up of germs and bacteria.
Dish detergent and a scrub brush are
recommended for cleaning.
The water tray is not
dishwasher-safe.
• Remove the water tank.
• Loosen the black clamps on the left and
right sides of the water tray.
• Lift the ACC 55 from the water tray.
• Thoroughly clean the water tray.
• Reassemble the appliance.
