Mover mounting set for Eriba Touring

Purpose of use

The Eriba Touring mounting set makes it possible to fit a Mover
manoeuvring system to Eriba Touring caravans/trailers.
For correct and safe installation, these instructions must
be read in full before starting the work and followed
carefully.
These installation instructions should remain in the vehicle for
future reference.

The equipment can be attached in front of or behind the axle.
Please check the space situation carefully before attach-
ing. The equipment can only be installed if all of
the following prerequisites have been met:
– The ground clearance (a) between the lower edge of the
square profile and the ground must be at least 375 mm
(under load).
– The distance (b) between the middle of the square profile
and the outer edge of the tyre (level with the wheel hub/tyre
centre) must be within the following dimensions:
Euro Mover: min. 120 mm, max. 145 mm
Mover S/SE: min. 120 mm, max. 165 mm
– There must not be any parts attached to the vehicle frame
or the underside of the vehicle at the planned installation
location (such as footboards, cables, water hoses or the like).
These parts must be removed or moved if necessary.

Installation instructions

1. Temporarily hold the Eriba Touring fastening plate against
the square profile. Check ground clearance and distance from
tyres (see „Important notes").
The Eriba Touring fastening plate must lie flat against the
square profile!
2. Remove or move any parts attached to the vehicle that are
in the way.

3. Slide the fastening plate along the square profile until the
best installation location has been determined. The distance
(c) between the tyre and the fastening plate is approx. 40 mm
(up to max. 100 mm) for the Euro Mover and 60 mm (max.
100 mm) for the Mover S and the Mover SE.
4. Mark the positions of the 2 fastening holes (Ø 10.5 mm) of
the fastening plate on the square profile (40 x 60 mm) at both
sides and drill in the centre.
Spray all drill holes with a rustproofing agent such as zinc
spray.
5. Loosely bolt the fastening plate to the square profile using
the provided M 10 x 60 (8.8) bolts and the self-locking nuts.
Screw fastening plate to the wooden floor of the caravan us-
ing the provided wood screws (5 x 16). Then tighten the M 10
bolts and the nuts. The tightening torque is 48 Nm.
6. Fit plate to other side using the same method.
7. Perform the rest of the installation as described in the
installation instructions provided with the Mover.
