IMPORTANT
• Charge battery for 4 hours before attempting to use your
PowerClean Cordless Pond Cleaner
• To operate the Cordless Pond Cleaner, the safety trigger
must be pushed forward, before the trigger can be
depressed, starting the unit.
• DO NOT use without brush nozzle in place
• The Cordless Pond Cleaner must be primed before use.
To prime, hold the pond cleaner horizontally over the pond
with the brush nozzle completely submersed.

• Save these instructions and review prior to use and when
instructing others.
• Keep long hair and loose clothing away from openings and
moving parts.

• READ and understand all instructions.
• A BATTERY OPERATED UNIT with integral batteries or a
separate battery must be recharged only with the specified
charger for the battery. A charger that may be suitable for
one type of battery may create a risk of fire when used
with another battery. Use only with Laguna charger,
Model # PT846
• Use Only Laguna Battery, Model #: PT845 with this
appliance. Use of any other batteries may create a risk
of fire.
• AVOID accidental starting. Be sure switch is in the locked
position before inserting the battery. Carrying units with
your finger on the switch or inserting the battery into a unit
with the switch on, invites accidents.
• DO NOT use unit if switch does not turn the unit on and
off. A unit that cannot be controlled with the switch is
dangerous and must be repaired.
• DO NOT use battery-operated appliance in the rain
• DO NOT OPERATE the PowerClean Cordless Pond Cleaner
in gaseous or explosive atmospheres. The motor in this
tool normally sparks, and the sparks might ignite fumes.
• REMOVE or disconnect battery before servicing, cleaning
or removing material from the appliance.
• BRUSH NOZZLE – Do not use this unit without brush
nozzle attached.
• DRESS PROPERLY – Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry.
This can be caught in moving parts. Rubber gloves and
rubber soled footwear are recommended when working
outdoors. Don't operate the unit when barefoot or wearing
open sandals. Wear long pants to protect your legs. Wear
protective hair covering to contain long hair.
• KEEP CHILDREN AND PETS AWAY – All visitors should be
kept at safe distance from work area.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with reduced physical sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible
for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance.
• DO NOT FORCE THE APPLIANCE – It will do the job better
and with less likelihood of a risk of injury at the rate for
which it was designed.
• USE THE RIGHT APPLIANCE – Do not use this unit for any
job except that for which it is intended.
