14.2 Function for tea

Turn the lid to position OPEN and remove it.
Remove the tea filter from the holder. Fill 0,5 – 1,2 L water into the kettle.
► For brewing of tea the maximum amount of water is 1,2 liter.
Fill tea into the tea filter and close it. Place the filter on the holder. Place the lid on the
kettle and turn it to position CLOSE. Place the kettle on the base.
Plug the plug into the socket. The device beeps. The display shows the last selected
temperature and brewing time. Press tea button (Tee) and choose desired tea type.
Use brewing time button (Ziehdauer) to choose desired strength. Corresponding LED
lights up.
The programmed temperatures and brewing times depend on the type of tea and strength
as follows:

You can choose an individual (individuell) setting with the

Press ON/OFF button (An/Aus) to start the process.
► You can stop the boiling process at any time by pressing the ON/OFF button (An/Aus).

► When you use

► You can change brewing time during boiling with the
time.
When the selected temperature is reached, then the tea filter automatically moves into the
hot water and the tee is brewed. The brewing time counts down.
When the desired strength is reached then the tea filter moves up again.
