STARTING THE TOOL fig.4
Clockwise rotation (to screw): push the switch (1) into the bottom position fig. A.
Counterclockwise rotation (to unscrew): push the switch (1) into the top position fig. B.

Insertion: slide the external lock ring of the tool as indicated by the arrow; insert the accessory in place and release; make
sure the accessory is inserted correctly.
Removal: slide the external lock ring as indicated by the arrow and remove the accessory.
SCREWDRIVING
SUPERGOVIT screwdrivers are designed for driving threaded elements. Their performance features are shown in table 1.
Experience will indicate the best way to perform this operation according to: the type of screw or nut; the shape of the
pieces to be fastened; the working position etc.
The normal sequence is:
1. Place the tool bit on the head of the screw (fig.6)
2. Start the motor
3. Press axially, following the screw movement, until the desired torque is reached (fig.7).

ATTENTION. Stall tools have been designed for always having the whole motor power available. Reaction to motor
stall is caused by hand of the operator and is not restricted by any type of clutch. For this reason great
care must be taken in the screw movements and the auxiliary grip should always be used.
NOTE: when the power of the screwdriver is too high in relation to the torque value to be obtained, it is possible to check
it by means of a pressure regulator placed between the tool and the air supply.

Introduction: faites glisser en direction axiale, en suivant le sens de la flèche, le collier extérieur de l'outil; mettez
l'accessoire à sa place et lâchez prise; assurez-vous d'avoir inséré l'accessoire correctement.
Extraction: faites glisser en direction axiale, en suivant le sens de la flèche, le collier extérieur de l'outil et récupérez
l'accessoire.
VISSAGE
Les visseuses SUPERGOVIT, dont les performances sont indiquées dans le tableau 1, ont été conçues pour le vissage
d'éléments filetés. L'expérience vous enseignera la meilleure façon pour effectuer cette opération par rapport au: type de
vis ou d'écrou; forme des pièces à serrer; position de travail, etc.
La séquence normale est la suivante:
1. Saisissez le manche de l'outil (fig.6)
2. Mettez en route le moteur
3. Appuyer en direction axiale en suivant le serrage jusqu'à obtention du niveau de serrage souhaité (fig.7).

ATTENTION. Les outils à perte de vitesse sont étudiés de manière à ce que le moteur conserve toujours toute sa
puissance. La réaction à la perte de vitesse du moteur est determinée par la main de l'opérateur et
n'est limitée par aucun type de friction. Nous recommandons donc un maximum d'attention dans la
réalisation du serrage et de toujours utiliser la poignée auxiliaire.
REMARQUE: Si la puissance de la visseuse résulte trop élevée pour le niveau de serrage que l'on souhaite obtenir, elle
peut être contrôlée grace à un régulateur de pression situé entre l'outil et l'alimentation de l'air.
