INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
This machine has the following functions:
-1 (Stop and start button): To start or
stop the exercise session.
-2 (Timer in Minutes): Where you can
select the duration of the exercise (3, 6, 9,
12 and 15 minutes).
-3 (Automatic mode): If you select this
option, the machine will select a type of
exercise already memorised by the
machine.
-4 (Speed control in RPM): Where you
can select the exercise speed (30, 40, 50
and 60).
-5 (Forward and reverse function): You
can select the direction of the exercise, either forwards or
backwards.
-6 (Mode): To select the Calories (CAL) burnt, Time, to see the
remaining exercise time, and Count to count the exercise
revolutions.
-To start the exercise session, plug the machine into the mains
electricity supply, and ensure that the ON/OFF button is in the
OFF position.
-Once the machine is in place on a flat surface, press the ON
switch and the following sequence 8888 will appear on the remote
control and the machine is now ready to start.
-Select the duration of the exercise, (3, 6, 9, 12 and 15 min) by
pressing on the Time button several times. Once you have
selected the time, select the speed at which you wish to do the
exercise (30, 40, 50 and 60 rpm). Finally if you wish to do the
exercise forwards press the Forwards / Reverse. If you wish to
change direction, just press the button again and after a pause of
2 seconds the machine will change direction.
-Once you have selected the time and speed of the exercise,
place your feet or hands on the machine and press the start / stop
button to start the exercise.
-If you wish to stop when doing the exercise just press the
start/stop button to stop the exercise.
-To see the calories and the time remaining and the exercise
revolutions, press the MODE button several times.
-If improper use is made of the machine the motor will
automatically stop and a buzzer will sound. Press the ON/OFF
button to start up again.
-When you have finished using the machine please unplug the
same from the mains electricity supply.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
-Before cleaning the fridge, make sure the device is not plugged
in the current and clean it first.
-Do not use abrasive detergents or products that may damage
the appliance.
-NEVER PUT THE DEVICE INTO WATER OR ANY OTHER
LIQUID.
-Clean first with a damp cloth and then a dry cloth.
-Keep the appliance in a safe place.
