Repair (G-O)
Switch the Vario Switch voltage free!
Opening the Vario Switch (G-I): Unscrew the Vario Switch from the connection tube (11). Undo and remove the screws
(14 and 17). Start with removing the connection unit (16), continue with the removal of the metal sheet cheeks (15).
Remove the housing sealing rings (18) from both sides.
Replacing the solenoid valve (J-L): Remove the cable shoes of the power cable of the solenoid valve (21). Remove the
two screws (20) and take out the solenoid valve (21). Insert new O rings (22, 23) and a new bag of silicate (19). Install
a new solenoid valve (21) and fasten with two screws (20). Plug in the cable shoes of the control cable: Black (BK) and
blue (BU) at the solenoid valve for the bypass (21), brown (BN) and blue (BU) at the solenoid valve for the nozzle (24).
Assembling the Vario Switch (M-O): Fit new housing sealing rings (18) on both sides. Fit the metal sheet cheeks (15),
insert screws (14) including washer and circlip, then tighten. Place the O ring (25) on the connection unit (16), plug the
connection unit (16) into the housing (3) and tighten the screws (17).
