MAINTENANCE
The product has been designed to function without problems for
a long time with a minimum of maintenance. However, the oil/
water separator underneath the pressure reducing valve needs
to be checked regularly and, if necessary, drawn off.
Action
Check the oil/water separator underneath the
pressure reducing valve. Draw off if necessary.
a.
The necessary frequency strongly depends on the compressed air quality.

the error yourself. Should this not be possible, contact your
supplier.
A number of problems in the checklist below can also
be caused by defects in the connected equipment. This
manual only deals with problems and solutions directly
related to the product itself.
Solution
Restart PLC; refer to paragraph 4.3.
Replace LED.
Check wiring and repair.
Replace fuse.
Replace PLC. Contact your supplier.
Refer to "Signal on PLC" for possible
cause and solution of the problem.
