Connection and fixation
Step 1. Organized the installation and define the ubication of power supply units, taken into account the number of controllers and the control device
(Remote, Touch Panel, Swtich, SmartWifi, etc.)
Step 2. Installing the aluminum profile with or without diffuser (aluminum profile is mandatory).
Step 3. Removing the diffuser if necessary and clean properly the surface of the aluminim profile.
Step 4. Measuring the length and cut the LED Strip, using the cooper dots as a guide (each 5cm or 10cm depending the reference). In IP65 it must be
placed the end caps and the sealing silicon to guarantee the protection degree.
Step 5. Removing the cover of the 3M tape and stick the LED Strip on the aluminum profile in the adecuate area.
Step 6. Covering the aluminim profile with the diffuser, if necessary.
Step 7. Installing the end caps of the aluminum profile.
Step 8. Connecting the BLACK (+), RED (R), GREEN (G), BLUE (B), W1 (WW) and W2 (CW) cables of the LED Strip to the terminals of the controller.
Step 9. Connecting the controller to the Power Supply Unit and switch it on.
Step 10. Configured and match the controllers and control devices according their instruction manuals.
Warnings
- 90019-249RT LED Strips needs to be used with a control system which integrates, normally, one controller (Control-V32) and one control device
(Mando32, PanelTactil32, Switch32, SmartWifi, etc.)
- Please, read and keep, in safe place, the installation instructions before starting the installation af the product.
- Cut the main power supply before starting the installation works.
- If the connections are damaged, the replacement must be done by JISO ILUMINACIÓN, SL. or by an authorized electrican with the aproval of JISO
ILUMINACIÓN, SL.
- The light source of this luminaire is NOT REMOVABLE, when the light source reaches the end of its life, the complete LED Strip must be replaced.
- The installation must be carried out by qualified personnel. This product is supplied as a component so it is the qualified personnel, who installed it,
the only responsible of the correct installation and the right choice of the needed items to allows the correct working.
- Improper handling of the components or the LED Strip itself could damage the correct functioning of this product, thus voiding the manufacturer's
warranty.
- LED Strip suitable only to be used indoor.
- JISO ILUMINACIÓN is not responsible for the improper use or modifications made to the product.
- The LED Strip must not be covered by insulating material or similar under any circumstances.
- DO NOT touch the LED Strip when it is on or until a reasonable time has elapsed after it has been switched off.
- DO NOT use aggressive material (solvent type or similar) to clean the LED Strip. The chips could be damaged.
- Please, follow the indications and recommendation included in our catalogue. It is possible to find them in the Technical Support area. There, it is
possible to find installation diagrams as well.
- 10m in serial connection is the maximun recommended in IP20 LED Strips to avoid drop voltage and overheating.
- It is mandatory the installation of the LED Strip in a technical aluminum profile which guarantees the correct heat dissipation.
