The brush roller can be removed from the housing for cleaning.
Remove the brush cover using the two clips (Fig. 3).

Lift out the brush roller using the small recessed grip on the left side (Fig. 4).

Use scissors to remove all threads or hairs from the brush roller. If necessary,

you can clean the brush roller under running water with a mild detergent.
Allow the brush roller to dry completely Before reinserting.

When reinserting the roller, make sure it is positioned correctly. Pay attention to
„
the corresponding recesses. Replace the brush cover and snap it into place properly.

Never open up the device and never try to get inside using metal objects.

Possible cause
The battery is not charged. Charge the handheld device's
The handheld device is not
correctly connected to the
UV light brush.
The brush does not lie flat
on the surface to be
cleaned.
The surface reflection is
too weak.
The infrared sensors on
the underside are dirty.
Larger objects were partly
sucked in. Too much hair
has wrapped around the
brush roller.

release button on the UV light
brush must audibly engage with
the handheld device.
As soon as the infrared sensors
are no longer in contact with the
substrate, the UV-C lamp switches
off automatically. Place the brush
flat.
The darker the colour, the less light is
reflected. A black surface reflects so
little light that the infrared sensors
may not function correctly.
Carefully clean the sensors with a
cotton swab.
Make sure that the roller is not
blocked by objects. Remove the
roller and clean it.
