• Now press SET button again. ALARM appears and °C is flashing. Press
▲ or ▼ button to select the parameter for the alarm: °C = tempera-
ture, % = humidity, °C Td = dew point, °C Tw = wet bulb tempera-
ture. Press SET button to confirm the alarm type.

light on the top of the instrument will flash and the buzzer will
sound for one minute. To stop the buzzer, press any button. The LED
will still be on since the alarm triggering condition did not change.
• If the high alarm value is lower than the low alarm value then the
alarm is activated when the measured values are within the two
adjusted alarm values.
Positioning and fixing
A circular opening is provided on the rear-side of the unit for hanging
on the wall. To place the unit in the standing position use the foot sup-
plied with the unit.
Since the humidity level within rooms can vary greatly according to the
location, mount the unit so that it will monitor the conditions in a loca-
tion likely to be subject to the most problems.
Care and maintenance
• Clean it with a soft damp cloth. Do not use solvents or scouring
agents. Protect from moisture.
• Remove the batteries, if you do not use the product for a long period
of time.
• Keep the instrument in a dry place.

Battery replacement
• Remove the stand. Open the battery compartment and insert two
new batteries 1.5 V AAA. Ensure batteries polarities are correct. Close
the battery compartment.
