Congratulations for your purchase of Smart Con-
fort. With this electric overblanket you can warm
up and relax easily. Feel the soft touch of this
thermal overblanket and enjoy its warmness .
Read these instructions carefully and keep them
for future reference.
BEFORE YOU START
Check if the overblanket is complete and not
damaged. If in doubt, do not use it and send it
to a customer service point. The box contains :
• 1 soft electric overblanket with detachable
controller.
• 1 Instruction manual.
• 1 Packaging PVC storage bag.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Insert the plug into the outlet and move the switch
from position O to position 1. The LED will light
and you will feel a gradual heat. If the tempera-
ture is too high, move the switch to position 2 or
3 (maximum heat level).
To disconnect, move the switch back to position
O. Then disconnect the power plug.
Smart Confort is designed so that the levels 1
and 2 are used for continuous operation. Posi-
tion 3 is recommended for short periods of use.
Smart Confort has a safety protection against
overheating and a timer that automatically turns
off the overblanket after three hours of continuous
service . To turn on the electric overblanket,
move the switch from position O and then select
the desired heat level.
Be sure to disconnect the plug when the over-
blanket is not in use.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning your Smart Confort, make sure
it is switched off and let it cool down. Then un-
plug the power. Remove the power cord with
built-in control. Important: Never immerse the
power cable or the temperature control knob in
water or liquid, would cause irreparable dama-
ge not covered by warranty.
Clean the overblanket only by hand wash at 30º
(maximum). Machine wash, dry clean or tumble
try may damage the inner heating wire due to the
high speed strength.
To dry the electric overblanket, put it over a sur-
face that absorbs moisture. When completely
dry connect again the power cord and it will be
ready to use again.
PVC packaging bag is reusable and is desig-
ned to keep your Smart Confort when you don't
use it for a long period. It can be recycled .
We recommend you keep it for better storage of
the product. When storing your Smart Confort
always do so in a clean and dry place. Do not
place any heavy object on it .
IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS
Always unplug your electric overblanket
Confort Smart electric current when not
in use and before cleaning. Avoid con-
tact with water, wet or hot surfaces. If
this happens or if you detects a cable/
plug damage or any other damage un-
plug it immediately. Remember never to
