WARRANTY
2 YEARS, according the law 3/2014 of 27th March that modifies the revised text of the General Law for the
Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws approved by the Royal Decree 1/2007
of 16th November, except 1 YEAR for batteries and chargers.
This warranty covers the end user against normal use and manufacturing defects, but NEVER against:
• Modified or broken parts or repaired by third parties
• Badly treated, worn parts or cosmetic damages
• Without original packaging or purchase ticket
• Misuse and electric damages, such us overload or wrong voltage
• Acts of vandalism
Warranty period begins the day the product is purchased. The original purchase invoice (or the delivery
receipt), where the product model is shown will be the proof of the purchasing date.
This warranty covers the expenses for spare parts, the labor and the repairs to restore full operation of the
product or its replacement. Collection and delivery of the product at home is also covered for the first 6
months. After this period, transport costs will be borne by the end user.
NUWA will not be responsible to repair or to replace any product, until the clients do not hand over the
defective. If the product is not defective when delivered but the repair is due to consumer's misuse, he will
be responsible for all the expenses.
The expenses originated by incorrect returns, will be on clients' behalf.
