6.5 Warranty

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

GO'pac heat pumps are guaranteed against any defects resulting from faulty manufacture or
materials for a period of two years as from the date of purchase. All claims under warranty must
be accompanied by a proof of purchase showing the date on which the pump was purchased. We
therefore advise you to keep your invoice in a safe place.
The CEC warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of faulty goods, on condition that they have
been used under normal conditions in compliance with the instructions given in their user manual,
and that the product has not been modified in any way and only used with original components and
parts. Damage due to frost and chemical agents is not covered by the warranty.
CEC will not be responsible for any other costs (removal, labor...), neither direct or indirect dam-
ages caused by malfunction of a product.
To initiate a warranty claim and ask for repair or replacement of a product, please contact your
dealer. No shipment to CEC will be accept without our preliminary written acceptance.
Wear parts are excluded of the warranty.
