process of TPMS of OEM. DVT-Sensor assemblies are designed as replacement or maintenance parts for automotive and light truck vehicles that have an Original Equipment Manu-
facturers (OEM) factory installed TPMS system.
CAUTION: DVT-Sensor assemblies are designed and manufactured to operate in a specific motor vehicle application. Please refer to the DVT-Sensor
application guide or www.dynamicTPMS.com for the specific vehicle application. Improper installation or incorrect use of DVT-Sensor application may result in the failure of the proper
operation of the TPMS system. DO NOT install DVT-Sensor assemblies in damaged wheels. DVT-Sensor assemblies are designed and manufactured to operate in Original Equipment
(OE) wheels and tires only. If Original Equipment (OE) tires and/or wheels are not used, the TPMS System and the low tire inflation warning threshold of the vehicle's TPMS System
may not function or may function incorrectly. If Non-Original Equipment (OE) also known as "Aftermarket" wheels and/or tires is installed, it is the responsibility of the owner to ensure
that the TPMS System is working correctly. Failure to follow installation instructions or the use of the improper TPMS sensors may result in motor vehicle TPMS System failure causing
properly damage, personal injury or death.
Installation of DVT-Sensor when using the DVT-SV-1 Snap-In valve stem
1. Inspect and clean the valve stem hole of any dirt, debris and corrosion to ensure a clean smooth surface.
2. Using a quality torque driver (Dynamic DY-002A) to confirm that the torque of the 7 mm valve stem nut to the DVT-Sensor body is at 12 in-lbs (1.4 N•m).
3. Apply a small amount of an approved lubricant to the valve stem and then install the DVT-Sensor using a standard rubber snap-in valve stem installation tool.
Installation of DVT-Sensor when using the DVT-CV-1 Clamp-In valve stem
1. Inspect and clean the valve stem hole of any dirt, debris and corrosion to ensure a clean smooth surface.
2. Using a quality torque driver (Dynamic DY-002A) to confirm that the torque of the T-10 screw to the DVT-Sensor body is 12 in-lbs (1.4 N•m).
3. Remove the DVT-Sensor valve cap and 11 mm hex nut from the valve stem.
4. Position the DVT-Sensor assembly into the valve hole and then hand-tighten the hex nut until the assembly is snug.
5. Using a quality in-lb torque wrench (Dynamic DY-001A) to tighten the hex nut to 35 in-lbs (4 N•m).
NOTE: Each time a tire is serviced or dismounted, or if the DVT-Sensor is removed, it is MANDATORY to replace the snap-in valve stem (DVT-SV-1), or the service kit for the
DVT-CV-1 clamp-in valve stem.
TPMS Vehicle Relearn: To complete the DVT-Sensor installation procedure, the OEM vehicle specific Relearn procedure must be followed. The OEM Relearn may require a special
TPMS activation / OBD scan tool and may require a visit to your local TPMS tire shop. For questions regarding installation or relearn procedures contact Tech Support at:

WARNING: When using DVT-Sensor will the DVT-CV-1 Clamp-In valve stem, the Hex Nut must be properly installed and tighten to 35 in-lbs (4 N•m) for proper installation. Follow the
instructions carefully and use a torque wrench to ensure proper installation. Failure to torque the hex nut properly will void the warranty and the TPMS may not function properly.
DO NOT OVER-TORQUE the hex nut, whereas this may lead to a cracked or a broken valve stem and will not be covered under warranty.
WARRANTY: Dynamic Automotive warrants that the DVT-Sensor Multiple-Vehicle-Application sensor shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve (12)
months or 12,000 miles of use, whichever comes first, after the sale of the product to the customer. In even that within the warranty period of Dynamic Automotive confirms that a product
is defective, Dynamic Automotive will replace the product at no cost to the customer. If it is determined that the product has been subject to accident, misuse or abuse, this warranty and
the limited obligations hereunder will be void. This is the sole and exclusive warranty and liability to customer. Dynamic Automotive expressly disclaims any other warranty including the
warranties of merchantability, aptitude for another implicit purpose of expression of warranties. Under no circumstances shall Dynamic Automotive be liable under any theory for any other

lnstalación de DVT-Sensor cuando se utiliza la valvula Snap-in de DVT-SV-1 tallo
1. lnspeccione y limpie el agujero del vástago de válvula de cualquier suciedad, desechos ya la corrosión para asegurar una superficie limpia y lisa.
2. Con un destornillador de par de calidad (Dynamic DY-002A) para confirmar que el par de apriete de la tuerca del vástago de valvula de 7 mm al cuerpo del DVT-sensor en 12 in·lbs
(1.4 N·m).
3. Aplique una pequefia cantidad de un lubricante aprobado al vástago de la válvula e instale el DVT-sensor utilizando una herramienta de instalación de vástago de válvula snap-in de
goma estándar.

nstalación de DVT-Sensor cuando se utiliza la válvula DVT-CV-1 abrazadera-en tallo
1. lnspeccione y limpie el agujero del vástago de valvula de cualquier suciedad, desechos y a la corrosión para asegurar una superficie limpia y lisa.
2. Con un destornillador de par de calidad (Dynamic DY-002A) para confirmar que el par de apriete del tornillo T-10 al cuerpo del DVT-sensor 12 in·lbs (1.4 N·m).
3. Retire la tapa de la válvula de DVT-Sensor y tuerca hexagonal 11 mm del vastago de la válvula.
4. Coloque la unidad de DVT-Sensor en el orificio de la valvula y luego apriete a mano la tuerca hexagonal hasta que la Asamblea esté ajustada.
5. Con una calidad libras dinamométrica (Dynamic DY-001A) para apretar la tuerca hexagonal a 35 in·lbs (4 N·m).
Nota: Cada vez que un neumatico es mantenido o desmontado, o si se retira el DVT-sensor, es obligatorio para reemplazar el vástago de la valvula snap-in (DVT-SV-1 ), o el
kit de mantenimiento para la DVT-CV-1 abrazadera-en.
