Now you must configure the software for recording and
editing audio.
To do so, please double click on the "Audacity" icon on
the desktop and select the desired language. (Pic8)
Please click the "Edit" menu and select "Preferences".

Please select Device "USB Audio Device", and channels
"2 (Stereo)". Make sure the "Play Hardware (play a track
while recording)" is only marked. (PIC10)
Now, you can begin to convert your analog recordings
(tape) to digital MP3 format.
To do this, simply start playing the tape with the con-
nected device to your computer via USB. To start record-
