For any repairs, the NUM'AXES after-sales service requires in every case:
 your complete product
 your proof of purchase (invoice or sales receipt)
If you fail to provide either of these items, NUM'AXES after-sales will charge you for the repair.
A flat-rate sum of €25 (incl. VAT) will be charged in the event of an unjustified return to after-sales (e.g.,
dead batteries, batteries wrongly inserted, etc.).

Warranty

NUM'AXES guarantees the product against all manufacturing defects for two years after purchase.
Return transport costs for the product shall be borne exclusively by the purchaser.

Warranty conditions

1. The warranty shall be effective only upon submission of an unadulterated proof of purchase (invoice
or sales receipt) to NUM'AXES.
2. This warranty does not cover the following points:
 direct or indirect transport risks linked to the return of the product to NUM'AXES
 product damage resulting from:
 negligence or fault on the part of the user
 usage contrary to instructions or not as intended for the product
 repairs conducted by unapproved technicians
 loss or theft.
