STRUTTURA MECCANICA
• Struttura portante robusta in lamiera di acciaio posizionata a ponte sul trasportatore,
verniciata con fondo antiruggine e colore epossidico a più strati
CARATTERISTICHE OPERATIVE
• Nr. 2 porta-bobine posti ai 2 lati del trasportatore complete di prestiro e rulli di
percorso film
• Nr. 1 gruppo pinza a comando pneumatico
• Nr. 2 gruppi saldanti decentrati completi che consentono di fissare i 2 capi
delle bobine di film vicino all'angolo del pallet
• Durante lo svolgimento il film passa attraverso due rulli ottenendone un prestiro
che permette una migliore fasciatura del prodotto. Quando il carico palettizzato
s'arrestá, immediatamente a monte si chiudono le barre a doppia saldatura
con dispositivo di taglio interposto. L'avvolgimento è così completato ed
il prodotto s'avvia verso la zona di scarico
• Questá fasciatrice ha una capacità produttiva molto elevata (180 pallet /ora
con velocità rulliere 15/Mt./min.), essa è stata studiata per ottenere il
massimo risparmio di film con un sistema che garantisce il funzionamento
meccanico per lungo tempo, riducendo al minimo la possibilità di disservizi
• Motorizzazione verticale della testáta per potere escludere in automatico la
stesura della fascia (senza dover separare i 2 capi delle bobine e la conseguente
manovra manuale di saldatura dei 2 capi al momento del nuovo inserimento)
• Nr. 1 gruppo di taglio film
• Quadro di comando per la gestione di tutte le funzioni della macchina
controllato da PLC
• La macchina è costruita in conformità alle vigenti normative CE
• Produzione pallet 180 pal/h

MECHANICAL FRAME
• Main steel made frame painted with anti-corrosive coating and epoxy paint
in several layers
OPERATIONAL FEATURES
• Nr. 2 stretch film reels positioned on the sides of the roller conveyor
• Electro pneumatic control of opening/closing of the welding/cutting bars
• Two separate welding groups allow to load the film reels on both sides
of the pallet
• During the cycle, the film passes through two rollers obtaining a pre-stretching
that allows a better product banding. When the pallet load stops just upstream
the machine, the double-welding bars with interposed cutting device
immediately close. The winding is thus completed and the product goes
off towards the discharge area
• This wrapper has a high productive capacity (180 pallet/hr with a conveyor
speed of 15 m/min). The machine has been designed to obtain the maximum
film savings with a system that guarantees a reliable service for a long time
• Vertical movement of the heads allows to exclude automatically the application
of the band, without the need to cut the film, separate it and re-weld it once it´s
required again
