45°
6mm
The loop must be positioned in a
groove not inferior to 6mm width
and with beveled 45° angles to
avoid damaging the conductors
which the loop is composed of.
12 - FIXING COLUMN
The column must be positioned on the foundation plate and fastened using the M12
nuts and a washer. Use a criss-cross pattern when tightening the nuts.
13 - WIRING
WARNING – For wiring and installation operations, refer to the standards in force
and, however, to the good technical practice. The wires must be provided with an
additional fastening at the terminals, for example using cable clamps. All the wiring
operations must be carried out by qualified personnel only.
The espas20 station has a practical terminal block on the bottom where the techni-
cian can lay the following with the utmost care:
- Electrical line 230Vac (cable on GND clamp and on L, N switch)
- Barrier control (standard controls for electromechanical barrier, use cat.5
UTP Flex cable)
- Magnetic loops: couple of magnetic loops to be cabled on undecal socket
WARNING!
For the connection to the mains, use omnipolar cables with minimum
cross section of 3x1.5mm of the type established by the rules in force.
For instance, cables that run inside ways must be at least of type H05
VV-F with cross-section of 3x1.5mm. 230V wires must be physically
kept separated from safety very low voltage circuits tension.
