6.2 Mounting the device on the camera (optional)

NOTE
Please note the user information of the manufacturer.
CAUTION
Select a tripod of suitable weight and dimensions. See Technical Specifica-
tions. Make sure, that the tripod with the mounted device has a tilt and skid
resistant stand.
NOTE
Danger of falling down.
Ensure secure fastening of your camera before starting operation. Properly
tighten all fastening screws.
• Fasten the device by the thread
• Fasten the camera on the mounting rail by means of the fastening wheel
6.3 Connect / remove the device to / from the electric power supply /
powerpack
• Switch off the device.
See „Switch device on/off".
• Insert the charged powerpack into the battery
holder on the back, so that it clicks into place.
• Connect the battery charger with the powerpack.
• Plug the battery charger into the outlet socket
of the power supply.
• The device starts charging.
• Remove the powerpack: Slide the unlocking
lever down and pull the powerpack off to the side
