Group 1 + 2 + 3: for children from 9-36 kg
• Use is permitted on a rearward-facing vehicle seat (e.g.in a van or minibus) only if the vehicle
seat is also approved for use by adults. The seat may not be in the area of effect of an airbag.
• The safety belt must be approved to ECE R16 or a comparable standard (see test label on belt
with an E or e in a circle)
• If there is a front airbag: slide back all the way or nearly so, observe any instructions in vehicle
owner is manual.
• Note: The installation for group I, II and III is always in driving direction – Forward facing.

Installing the child seat in the car for group I
• Bring the child restraint in position in the front or backseat.
• Open the 5-point belt from the child seat and lift the cover.
• Pull the 3-point belt system from the car (shoulder- and lap belt) through the openings
the red points and lock it in the belt lock.
• The lap belt has to go through the left and right side lower red notches.
• The shoulder belt goes either trough the right or left upper red notch. It depends on where the
seat is installed - on the right or the left side.
• Pull the belt firmly in the direction of the roll up mechanism.
• Then close the red belt clip.
Fasten the child into the child seat for group I
• After the child restraint installed in the car, put your child in the seat.
• The adjustable headrest has to be fitted to the height of your child. To adjust, pull the handle
up and bring the headrest to the right position.
• Buckle up your child by putting both belt claps together and then push them in the belt lock
until you hear an instinct click.
• Pay attention that the belt goes exactly over the shoulder of the child.
• Tighten car belt in the direction of the retracting mechanism.
