Casserole 1 Assemble the ingredients per the recipe 1-4 cups
(Sensor) in a 1-2 quart casserole.
Cooking with plastic wrap and vent.
After cooking, stir and allow to stand for 3 minutes.
Rice 2

Place rice and twice as much liquid
(water, chicken or vegetable stock) in a 2 quart
microwave dish.
Cover with plasticwrap and vent.
After cooking, allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Stir for fluffier rice.
1/2-2 cups
Use medium or
long grain rice.
Cook instant rice
according to
directions on
the package.
Bacon 3 Place bacon strips on a microwave 2-6 slices
bacon rack for best results.
(Use dinner platelined with paper towels
if rack is not available).

Hot Cereal 4 Prepare as directed on package and cook. 1-6 servings
Stir well before eating.
Use only instanthot cereal.

Roll/Muffin 2 Remove from display package and place on a plate. 1-6 pieces

Remove from display package and place on a plate. (240ml per cup)
(Be careful! The beverage will be very hot! Sometimes
liquids heated in cylindrical containers will splash out
when the cup is moved.)
