• USE THIS DEVICE WITH COPPER OR COPPER CLAD WIRE ONLY.
INSTALLATION
1. Connect wires per appropriate WIRING DIAGRAM, using one of the wiring methods below.
2a. To Side Wire: Remove insulation approx. 3/4" (1.9 cm). Loop wires clockwise 3/4 turn around terminal screws. Firmly tighten screws over wire loops. NOTE: Side wire terminal
screws accept up to #12 AWG copper or copper clad wire.
2b. To Back Wire: Remove insulation per strip gauge on device approx. 1/2" (1.3 cm). Insert straight wires under clamps of appropriate terminal screws. Tighten screws firmly.
NOTE: Back wire terminal screws accept up to #10 AWG copper or copper clad wire.
3. Mount device using long mounting screws. Attach wallplate (not included).
4. Restore power at circuit breaker or fuse. Installation is complete.

ANTIMICROBIAL TREATED
This product is made with silver ions embedded into the material that inhibits the ability of microorganisms and bacteria to grow, therefore allowing the device to continually clean
itself between normal cleaning. The antimicrobial material being used is EPA registered and tested to JIS Z 2801.
Antimicrobial Efficacy: This product is produced by incorporating silver ions (Ag+) as the antimicrobial agent into the surface exposed to touch when installed to protect it. This
treated material has proven to show a consistent [3 log (>99.9%)] microbial reduction rate against a broad range of bacteria under the JIS Z 2801 test protocol.
Care and use: Standard daily proper hygiene and cleaning procedures must be maintained. Facilities must maintain the product in accordance with their cleaning routine. The
antimicrobial protection in this product is a supplement to and not a substitute for regular cleaning. Practices related to cleaning and disinfecting must be maintained.
This surface may be subject to recontamination. The level of bacteria at any particular time will depend on frequency and timing of recontamination.
In order to have proper antimicrobial protection, this product must be cleaned and maintained according to the care instructions.
DO NOT WAX, PAINT, LACQUER, VARNISH, COAT OR ENGRAVE THIS PRODUCT
Testing illustrates that cleaning with the following chemicals have no negative effect on the antimicrobial additive: Oxivir (0.5% Hydrogen Peroxide) solution, Virex (n-Alkyl Dimethyl
Benzyl Ammonium Chloride), Dispatch (Sodium Hypochlorite stabilized bleach solution), Isopropyl Alcohol.

instructions. There are no other or implied warranties of any kind, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, but if any implied warranty is required
by the applicable jurisdiction, the duration of any such implied warranty, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, is limited to ten years. Leviton is not liable
for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation, damage to, or loss of use of, any equipment, lost sales or profits or delay
or failure to perform this warranty obligation. The remedies provided herein are the exclusive remedies under this warranty, whether based on contract, tort or otherwise.
