9. GARANTÍA
El productor garantiza el producto contra defectos de materiales y mano de obra para un periodo
de 12 meses.
NOTA: Cualquier tentativa de arreglo o modificación del sistema por un tercero que no
ha sido autorizado por el fabricante, invalida la garantía.
En ningún caso será el fabricante responsable de los daños directos, indirectos, especiales,
fortuitos o resultantes de un acuerdo, agravio u otra figura jurídica.
