NOTE!
- This dimmer is provided with a repetitive overvoltage protection:
in case of permanent overvoltage peaks, the dimmer switches off
automatically. Press the switch to switch off the dimmer. Press
again to switch the dimmer back on. If the overvoltage protection
is activated again, the load has to be checked. Overvoltage can
be caused by connecting ferromagnetic transformers (or other
inductive loads, e.g. a ventilator).
- Electronic transformers with a capacity of 105VA or more are
less suitable for dimming. The transformer can cause instability
(blinking).
- If the electronic transformer and the load are placed 2m or more
from each other, instability is possible.
