This product is a high precision electronic probe thermometer, capable of measuring the temperature in both
Celsius and Fahrenheit. This Digital Meat Thermometer can be used for outdoor grilling and other cooking purposes.
Specifications:
1. Measuring range : -50°C (-58°F) to 125°C (257°F)
2. Operating temperature: -20°C (-4°F) to 50°C (122°F)
3. The thermometer will display "Err" when the measured temperature is outside of the measuring range.
4. Accuracy: ±3°C (5.4°F) at -50°C to 47°C (-58°F to 116.6°F)
±1°C (1.8°F) at 47°C to 125°C (116.6°F to 257°F)
5. Battery type: 1.5V (LR44/AG13)
6. Auto power off: after idle for 45 minutes, the thermometer will switch off automatically.
Operating Instructions
1. Press "ON/OFF" button. The thermometer displays the current test temperature, the temperature
sensor is located at the tip of the stainless probe.
2. Press "°C/°F" button to measure in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
3. Press "HOLD" button in current test mode to lock the current measured value, when the temperature
is locked the digits will flash. Press the button again to return to the current test mode.
Warning
1. Do not use this product to test objects that exceed temperatures of 125°C (257°F).
2. After each use, clean the thermometer with warm water and mild detergent, and dry thoroughly. Then insert the
probe into the protective cover to store. Never submerge the gauge head under water.
The US Department of Agriculture recommends the minimum temperature be reached for the following food
items:

Helpful Tips
• If you pre-cook meat or poultry, do so immediately before grilling.
• Never defrost meat at room temperature or on a countertop.
• Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours of taking food off the grill.
