PROBLEMS
The equipment doesn't
switch on.
The extracted coffee is
cold.
no coffee is extracted or
is produced very slowly.
The capsule jams inside

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The equipment is not
properly plugged in.
The equipment did not
heat up properly.
There is not enough water
in the water tank.
The used capsule collec-
tion tank (6) is full.
The capsule does not fit
into the capsule holder
housing (4) properly.

SOLUTION
Make sure the machine
is plugged into a suitably
rated mains electrical
supply.
Wait for the green light
(14) to illuminate, indica-
ting that the correct and
recommended operating
temperature has been
attained.
Check the water tank
level and if necessary, top
up/refill the tank.
Remove the used capsu-
les collection tank (6) and
empty.
Open and close the ope-
ning lever of the capsule
holder housing to clear (5).
Open and close the ope-
ning lever of the capsule
holder housing (5).
Gently push the capsule
to release it/eject the
used capsule into the
used capsule collection
tank (6).
