HEADSET OVERVIEW
1. RETRACTABLE NOISE CANCELLING 2. COMBO 3.5MM LINE-IN PORT: Plug
MICROPHONE the Audio adaptor cable into the port on

the aux port for mobile connection.

6. VOLUME DOWN: Lowers total volume.
7. MUTE: Mutes users chat voice (engaged
when LED across the mic icon lights up).
8. LIGHTING EFFECTS SWITCH: Turns
off/on Afterglow lighting in earcups.
9. AUDIO MODE SWITCH: Allows you to
select between Pure Audio, Bass Boost
and Bass Punch.
SET UP: XBOX

1. Plug the Afterglow Xbox ONE headset into your Xbox ONE Wireless controller
using the provided audio adaptor, and the other end into your headset.
2. Press the + and - button until audio is at desired level, and adjust the game and
chat volumes with their respective buttons.
3. For additional audio adjustment and set up: Go to the Xbox ONE Settings menu >
Display and Sound > Volume
**To mute your microphone, press the large MUTE button located in the center of
the audio adaptor.
**For analog audio, simply plug one end of the grey 3.5mm cable into an analog

jack in your PC (or other device) and the other end into your headset.

TROUBLESHOOTING
I CANNOT HEAR GAME AUDIO – MAKE SURE...
• The audio adaptor is connected to the XBOX ONE controller and the system is on.
• Your volume is turned up using the XBOX ONE Stereo adaptor.
• Your volume is turned up through the XBOX ONE audio settings.
I CANNOT HEAR OTHERS – MAKE SURE...
• The volume on the audio adaptor is turned up.

• Your mic is not muted. Click the large MUTE button audio adaptor to unmute your

voice. **NOTE: When you mute your microphone, the light on the audio adaptor
will light up.
• The retractable microphone is adjusted close to your mouth.
GAME AND CHAT AUDIO ARE DISTORTING. HOW CAN I FIX THAT?
• Perform the Xbox One firmware update
• Examine the headset, the cord, and the connector for visible defects.
• Check for dirt or debris on the headset connector. Clean the connector by using a
cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol and use a can of compressed air to clear
debris from the chat port.

CONFIGURATION: XBOX ONE
®
1. Connectez le casque d'écoute Afterglow pour Xbox ONE à votre manette Xbox
ONE sans fil à l'aide de l'adaptateur audio fourni et l'autre extrémité au casque.
2. Appuyez sur le bouton + et – jusqu'à obtenir le niveau de son souhaité et réglez
les volumes du jeu et du bavardage à l'aide de leurs boutons respectifs.
3. Pour des réglages audio et une configuration supplémentaires: Allez au menu de
configuration de la Xbox ONE > Affichage et son > Volume
** Pour mettre le microphone en sourdine, appuyez sur le grand bouton MUTE situé
au centre de l'adaptateur audio.
** Pour l'audio analogique, il suffit de brancher une extrémité du câble gris de 3,5
mm sur un port analogique du PC (ou d'un autre périphérique et l'autre extrémité
sur le casque.
