Q: The unit cannot be switched on and doesn't operate.
A:
If not in use for a long time, or switch it off during low
battery and then doesn't charge it in time. The battery
enters into protection due to low battery, and you need
to charge it and activate the battery.
Q: The unit can be switched on, but cannot operate and
no sound at all.
A: Please check up whether the green indicator is on, and
the system communication functions correctly.
Q: There is strange noise while in use.
A:
There is quite strong electromagnetic interference, or
the transmission distance is too far, and thus most
communication data is lost. Please try to shorten the
transmission distance.
Ensure the instrument is fully shielded and grounded.
Instruments with single coil electromagnetic pickups
can produce cycle 60 hum.
Q: It cannot be charged properly.
A:
The lithium battery enters into protection if it's in low
battery for a long time, therefore you need to charge it
for over 10 minutes so as to activate the battery.
Q: The receiver is within the effective distance, but its
green indicator isn't on, with no sound either.
A:
The transmitter and receiver didn't matched
successfully, please match them all over again and
start to use.
