This document provides important information about your new ARRIS Whole Home
Solution Product(s). Included in this document are the following:
Software License: Information for the end user regarding Software Use.
General Information: Legal and proprietary rights notices from ARRIS Group,
Inc. and its licensors as well as appropriate warranty disclaimers.

Capitalized terms used in this document shall have the definitions set forth below.
" ARRIS" shall mean ARRIS Group, Inc. and all ARRIS' wholly owned subsidiaries
including: ARRIS Solutions, Inc., C-COR, Inc., and Broadband Management Solutions,
LLC.
"CPE" shall mean customer premise equipment and shall refer to products intended to
be used at the end user's premise.
"Customer" shall mean the person, entity, or end user however constituted to whom the
Products or services were originally sold.
"GPL" shall mean the GNU Public License relating to software/freeware modification.
"Product" shall mean equipment, CPE, and software designed, manufacture by ARRIS.
"Standard Software" shall mean software or firmware provided by ARRIS with the
Product at the time of purchase.

Do not place liquid-filled containers, such as coffee cups or vases, on or near the Product. - Página 10 Customer, the standard warranty period is one (1) year from the shipment date from ARRIS for the Product and one (1) year for the enclosed battery (if provided). Use of ARRIS battery packs in another vendor‘s equipment voids the ARRIS battery pack warranty.

Customer shall reimburse ARRIS for shipping and related expenses for returns due to errors or defects which are not expressly covered under the ARRIS warranty.
